our story
Scream Effects co was founded in 2012 back then making props for the Cosplay community, Scare attractions and Local Theatres out of a spare bedroom turned work space. flash forward to 2016 and our first purpose build work shop was created by father and son team Peter and Keiron Quinn this allowed more space to create new exciting products and have a better professional working environment. In 2017 things really changed for S.E.C with our first Trade stall showcasing at the Uk ScareCON event. From there the Team knew their skills and understanding of the Scare Industry could be a Unique Opportunity to bring new props, costumes, attractions and more to life that blend Classic Scare Attractions and Immersive live theatre together in one. In late 2017 it was decided that's S.E.C needed a new look to reflect what they do better as the old branding was dark and very scare based so in early 2018 S.E.C was relaunched into what you see today! The team still continue to grow and have enjoyed working on some award winning attractions and events, and still continue to push the boundaries of what is possible and are always on the look for new fresh ideas & concepts that continue to grow the entertainment world
